Industry is currently at a complete standstill. The stitch ripper is missing. I have torn up my desk, my workspace, the area around the sewing machine, a chunk of the basement, and a bunch of bags of work in progress, and the kitchen, just for kicks.
Faeries? Cats?
I need the damned stitch ripper. This is so not funny.
ETA: Found it! Under the printer, whut?

I put my money on the cats. They’re probably disassembling your clothing as we type.

Considering Salvador antics concerning the router & the modem cable, I’m with you at the betting booth, Sister. I just* found it under the printer. SHAME ON YOU, JEALOUS KITTEH!
*And I do mean just – like, as I was typing you a reply.

I don’t know? Are the cats in league with the faeries? How is that basket of scraps? =)

They could be, you know – anything is possible around here, as three of our four cats are Truly Poor Hunters. For reals. Serge will sometimes track bugs, but it only seems that he wants to know where they’re going. I’ve watched him follow an ant right into a faceplant against a wall.
Alas, the whole scrap box was moved last week, so I have no idea what’s going on with it. I noticed yesterday when I was hunting the stitch ripper and overturning the basement, Will moved all kinds of business around so that he could do some restoration work that he brought home (swear to Dog, he’s not in a militia – he gets paid to clean antique guns!) – I plan to try the box treats again soon, tho’. After the Halloween costume is done. After.
